Pennsylvania Democratic Sen. John Fetterman made a surprise appearance in a video Wednesday at the Republican midterm convention, stating that although he is a Democrat, he is “always going to stand with America.” The appearance comes during the first ever Republican midterm convention, which is taking place in Texas. The two-day event features speeches from multiple GOP leaders and President Donald Trump is expected to speak both nights. “Yes, I’m a Democrat. Why am I here talking to you today?” Fetterman said in the video.
