Article I, Section 4, Clause 1 of the Constitution states: “The Times, Places and Manner of holding Elections for Senators and Representatives, shall be prescribed in each State by the Legislature thereof; but the Congress may at any time by Law make or alter such Regulations.” The irony is that, unless the midterm polls are wrong again, the House and perhaps even the Senate may soon be under the control of the Democrats. They long ago declared war on election integrity and applaud Mary Peltola for duping the voters.
