President Donald Trump formally launched the TrumpRx.gov website, which is a direct-to-consumer portal that is considered instrumental in helping his administration lower prescription drug costs in the U.S. The White House said Americans purchasing prescription drugs through the portal will see lower costs on 40 of the most popular and expensive medications in the country, including Ozempic and Wegovy, which helps treat diabetes, heart disease and obesity. Trump asked Congress to pass the Great Healthcare Plan.
