Kentucky Sen. Rand Paul introduced a resolution to hold Dr. Anthony Fauci in contempt of Congress. “Anthony Fauci is fully protected by a sweeping pardon, immune from prosecution, and he still refuses to comply with a lawful subpoena. That’s the very definition of contempt for the American people. On Thursday, the HSGAC will vote to hold him in contempt,” Paul said. The senator said the pandemic “didn’t just expose a virus. It exposed how quickly Washington will strip away your basic freedoms the moment it’s given an excuse.”
