Sen. Rand Paul mocked Dr. Anthony Fauci in a social media post, as newly released excerpts from Fauci’s private diary continue to reignite partisan battles over the federal government’s COVID-19 response. “What Anthony Fauci looked like every night when he wrote about how great he is in his diary,” Paul wrote on X, alongside an edited image depicting Fauci lying on a bed writing in a colorful diary. Paul has used the documents as part of his long-running investigation into Fauci’s role in the government’s pandemic response.
