For now, it clearly looks like the Democrats will primary Fetterman. If they succeed in ousting him, especially with some wacky socialist, they will likely lose to the Republicans the following November, just as Florida’s Democrats will experience with their revolutionary socialist candidate, Angie Nixon. In the meantime, we in Pennsylvania are enjoying watching something increasingly rare — an independent-minded Democrat, a senator who actually thinks for himself and puts his country above his party.
